Final Payment & Confirmation

Complete your purchase and prepare for delivery.
Your order is ready—now it’s time to finalize payment and get your items moving.
Once we’ve completed the procurement and preparation of your order, we’ll notify you that your package is ready to ship. At this point, we issue your Final Invoice, which includes the remaining balance and any final adjustments for shipping or handling.
This step confirms your order in full and allows us to move forward with packaging, labeling, and release to your freight partner.
 
What Your Final Invoice Includes:
The remaining 50% balance of your original order
Final shipping and freight charges, based on actual weight and volume
Any customs-related fees or documentation handling (if applicable)
A secure payment link via PayPal or another approved method.
 
How to Complete Final Payment
1. Review your final invoice, sent via email and/or accessible through your customer dashboard
2. Click the “Pay Final Balance” button or link provided
3. You’ll be directed to a secure checkout page
4. Submit payment and receive your confirmation receipt instantly
 
After Your Final Payment Is Received:
Your order is scheduled for dispatch
Items are packed and labeled for export or local freight delivery
We hand off to your designated shipping partner
You receive a Shipping Confirmation, which may include tracking information or delivery timelines
We remain involved until your freight carrier confirms pickup or transit.
