Service Activation: 50% Deposit
Upon agreement, a 50% deposit secures your access to our concierge support and initiates your tailored service journey.
Final Payment: 50%
The remaining balance is paid upon successful placement — either upon securing your rental lease or finalizing a property acquisition.
Concierge Fee for Rentals:
A one-time service fee of 10–15% of the first month’s rent is applied. This includes luxury rental search, screening, negotiations, and move-in coordination.
Concierge Fee for Property Purchases:
A 0.05% fee based on the final negotiated purchase price is charged. This covers full-service assistance from property selection to deal closure.
