Once your carrier confirms pickup, we’ll send you a Delivery Confirmation Notice, which includes:

A summary of items dispatched
If you are using your own freight provider, we’ll also document the time and method of transfer, for your records.
Ongoing Communication
We remain available throughout the final stretch of your order journey.
