How We Prepare Your Shipment:
Items are carefully wrapped, protected, and boxed/crated based on their weight, fragility, and destination
We label all packages with your shipping information and any required customs codes
We consolidate your items into the most efficient shipping units possible, reducing cost without compromising safety
Our team double-checks all documents before handoff to prevent customs or carrier issues
 

Freight Handoff & Delivery Process

Once packed:
Your order is released to your selected freight company or shipping partner
If using our recommended carrier, we provide all tracking and handover documentation
If you’ve designated your own freight partner, we work directly with them to arrange collection.
 
For most international shipments, we also prepare:
Packing lists
Export declarations
Customs support documents (if required)
 
What You’ll Receive After Dispatch:
A Shipping Confirmation Email, including:
Carrier name
Delivery contact info
Tracking number or reference ID (if available)
Estimated delivery timeline.
A final delivery checklist and point of contact in case of delays.
