Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Policies, Procedures, and Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by EIS Global Services, a division of Executive Investment Services. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Service Overview
EIS Global Services provides international purchasing, logistics coordination, and real estate concierge services. We act as a broker and intermediary, not as a manufacturer, shipper, or legal real estate agent. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
3. Quotation & Order Approval
Clients must submit a Quote Request via our platform or authorized channels.
Quotes include item cost, applicable taxes, shipping, third-party handling charges, and EIS service fees.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
To proceed to procurement, clients must approve the quote and submit a 50% deposit or full payment.
4. Payment Terms & Liability
EIS accepts PayPal, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and wire transfers.
A minimum 50% deposit is required to initiate services.
The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery, shipment, or digital release of the order.
Clients are responsible for all applicable transfer, exchange rate, or transaction fees imposed by their bank or payment service provider.
All payments must be confirmed as received by EIS Global Services before any order is processed or shipped.
EIS is not responsible for payment delays, holds, or losses due to banking procedures, wire transfer issues, credit/debit card disputes, fraud investigations, or third-party payment processors.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that full payment reaches EIS within the specified time frame.
EIS assumes no liability for funds that are pending, held, reversed, or misdirected due to user error, bank restrictions, or intermediary holding accounts.
5. Service Fees
Tiered service fees apply based on order value:
$1–$999: 15%
$1,000–$2,499: 12%
$2,500–$4,999: 10%
$5,000–$9,999: 8%
$10,000+: 5–7% (negotiable)
A 2% discount applies to service fees for verified repeat customers only.
Discounts do not apply to item costs, shipping, taxes, or third-party logistics fees.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All deposits and service fees are non-refundable once sourcing or coordination has commenced.
Refunds may be issued only if EIS is unable to fulfill the request and no substantial work has been undertaken.
Cancellations post-deposit are not allowed.
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

7. Delivery & Shipping Terms
Standard packing is included. Crating, fragile handling, or oversized item prep is an additional cost to be borne by the client.
EIS facilitates shipment through third-party freight companies selected by the client or recommended by EIS.
EIS will not be held liable for damage, delay, or loss once items are handed off to the freight carrier.
This includes UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or any independent or freight forwarding service.
Once items are packed and released from EIS’s custody, all risk and responsibility lie with the carrier and the client.
EIS will assist clients in initiating claims with third-party carriers but assumes no liability for the outcome.
All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
8. Real Estate Concierge Services
EIS provides support with overseas real estate acquisition, including property research, negotiation support, and due diligence coordination.
A 0.05% service fee applies to the final negotiated purchase price of the property.
A 50% deposit is required to initiate services.
The fee is non-refundable unless failure is directly due to EIS.
EIS does not act as a real estate broker or agent and is not responsible for final legal agreements or closings.
EIS does not represent or replace real estate attorneys, agents, or closing professionals.
9. Tax, Duties & Fees
EIS does not collect or remit any taxes.
All import duties, tariffs, VAT, and sales taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
EIS assumes no liability for missed filings or tax miscalculations.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during registration and order submission.
Ensure compliance with all import/export laws and customs regulations in your jurisdiction.
Respond promptly to requests for clarification or document submission to avoid service delays.
11. Limitation of Liability
EIS shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, customs issues, or currency fluctuations.
EIS is not responsible for the condition of goods once transferred to third-party carriers or freight companies.
In no event shall EIS’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
12. Force Majeure
EIS shall not be held liable for any delay or failure caused by Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, pandemics, labor strikes, or carrier failures.
13. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EIS Global Services and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from their use of our services.
14. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Florida, USA.
Clients waive the right to participate in class action claims.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16. Changes to Terms
EIS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Client Acknowledgment
By placing an order, making payment, or accepting a quote, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
