How It Works.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Need

Use our Custom Order Form to describe your request in detail — including item specifications, quantity, preferred brands, delivery deadlines, and shipping preferences.

Step 2: Get a Quote

Our team will source your requested items and provide you with a detailed quotation. This will include:

  • Product cost

  • Shipping estimates

  • EIS service fees

  • Applicable taxes or handling charges

Step 3: Approve with Deposit or Full Payment

You can approve your quote by choosing one of the following options:

  • 50% Deposit Option: Pay 50% of the total to begin the procurement process. The remaining balance will be due before shipment.

  • Full Payment Option: Pay the full quoted amount upfront to fast-track processing and avoid a second transaction later.

All payments are processed securely, and confirmation is sent to your email immediately upon receipt.

Step 4: Order Packed & Delivered

Once payment is confirmed:

  • Your items will be consolidated and inspected for quality

  • We’ll prepare your shipment for handoff to your chosen freight provider or courier

  • You’ll receive a notification once the order is ready for dispatch

Step 5: Final Payment (If Applicable)

If you chose the deposit option, the final 50% balance must be paid before the order is released to your freight carrier.
Upon full payment, you’ll receive:
✅ Final invoice
✅ Shipment confirmation
✅ Tracking details (where available)
