After you complete the Customer Request Form, our team carefully reviews your request and prepares a detailed quotation. The quote will include the cost of the goods, estimated shipping charges, and any applicable service fees. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the quote, we’ll move forward with the next steps—beginning the procurement and preparation of your order.
Approve with Deposit
After reviewing your personalized quote, the next step is simple: once you’re satisfied with the details, you can approve the order by submitting a 50% deposit. This initial payment secures your items and signals us to begin the procurement process on your behalf.
Your deposit allows us to move quickly—sourcing products, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing your order for shipment or delivery. We treat your commitment with care, ensuring every step is handled with transparency and attention to detail.
This process is designed to give you peace of mind: no guesswork, no delays—just a clear path forward, with your approval at the center of it all.
Order Packed & Delivered
Once your items have been purchased and verified, our team carefully prepares your order for delivery. Each product is professionally packed, labeled, and consolidated to ensure safe handling and transport.
We then deliver your completed order to your designated shipper or freight forwarder, just as requested. Whether it’s a single package or a full container, we manage the logistics with precision—so your items are secure, organized, and ready for the next leg of the journey.
Please note: Final payment must be received before any items are released or delivered to your freight forwarder. This ensures a smooth handoff and helps us maintain clear, accountable service from start to finish.

Final Payment & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we’ll notify you to complete the final payment. Upon receipt of your remaining balance, we proceed with delivery to your designated freight forwarder or shipping agent.
A detailed payment confirmation and delivery notice will be sent to you for your records. This final step ensures full transparency and peace of mind—letting you know that your order has been successfully processed, fulfilled, and handed over for transport.
